Start the day with Madison Hildebrand, star of ‘Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’, and fellow Leverage member, as he shares his secrets of success in real estate and television.  Hear how members  have effectively engaged the media and learn what media executives are looking for in personalities and properties.  Explore the innovative strategies used by members to craft and promote their brand messages.  Leverage's preferred technology partners will provide a roadmap for the most effective digital communication strategy to support your brand outreach.  

Make a lunch date with some of our speakers and preferred partners. Leverage will arrange tables, hosted by key speakers, where there can be an additional exchange of information.

After lunch, hop on the bus for a visit to the BoomTown creative office & event space for the afternoon events. Enjoy a conversation about the impetus for Charleston to go from historic traditional southern city to rapidly growing magnet for some top industries.  Hear from both sides of a massive relocation on what services were needed to accommodate this explosive growth.  

Stay for the afternoon cocktail reception before heading out to explore the dining and nightlife of Charleston.

Activate your aspirations.  Begin day two hearing from Keynote Speaker Caroline Nuttall on how the most prosperous real estate leaders leverage insight, lead new thought, and drive future demand by honing vision, not expertise.  Then hear from individual brokers and agents  on how they have achieved new levels to best compete in their marketplace. 

Agents will participate in a 2-part breakout session.  Part 1 will discuss best practices on how and where to invest to stand apart from the competition.  In part 2, Alyssa Hellman with Compass South Consulting will lead a targeted workshop that covers actionable strategies to achieve your aspiration.  

Brokers and management will gather in their breakout session to discuss models for growth and longevity in a rapidly changing industry.  

Before adjourning, visit our host sponsor and local member dunes properties across the street from Hotel Belmond to pick up your lunch and tour their King Street office.
