Keynote Speaker, Madison Hildebrand
President of The Malibu Life, Inc., as well as Founding Partner of Partners Trust Malibu, Madison Hildebrand’s name and brand is synonymous with Malibu real estate. In addition to being included among The Hollywood Reporter’s “Top 25 Los Angeles Agents”, Madison was also recently recognized as one of Variety’s Showbiz Real Estate Elite, distinctions that further reiterate his stellar reputation and leadership abilities. A pillar within the community—both through his media prowess and his public service, which extends beyond the cliffs of Malibu—Madison leverages his network to promote his esteemed clients and their listings, his own company, and the various causes that he holds dear.
“Be a blessing, then be blessed”.
As an original cast member of Bravo TV’s hit reality show “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles”, now filming in its tenth season, and a regular contributing host to E! News, Madison’s achievements and experience continue to garner international praise and attention. An acclaimed public speaker, author of the book Activate Your Passion, Create Your Career, and the name behind multiple real estate lifestyle brands, Madison is as gregarious in person as he is on camera or up on stage. His latest venture, a property development company called Malibu Modern by Madison, brings modern design to West Hollywood bungalows. His infectious “Spread the Love” and “You can mix business with pleasure” philosophy carries over into his personal and professional life, including the various philanthropic organizations (Give Back Homes, Boys and Girls Club of Malibu) and partnerships (DocuSign, Inc., Go Smile toothbrush) that he is grateful to be a part of.
After completing his Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Pepperdine University, Madison decided to plant his roots firmly in Malibu, a community that continues to serve as both his playground and his office. His ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of clientele is guided by his passion for travel and experiences living in various countries, states, and cities. In fact, during post-college life, Madison took a self-imposed break by moving to the Dominican Republic. Those days of sleeping on the beach and spearing his own fish—where he realized that real estate felt like the right path for him to pursue—will always encapsulate a vital life lesson for Madison: self-discovery is time well spent. Nowadays, Madison’s focus remains devoted to building Malibu’s premier real estate team, The Malibu Life, whose experts cover the vast areas of Los Angeles and Ventura County. When he’s not engrossed in L.A.’s real estate market, Madison can be found indulging in the finer things in life or enjoying peaceful moments spent gardening or hiking with his Doberman rescues, Maya and Mr. Prince.

Compass South Consulting
Compass South Consulting was launched on a pretty simple premise: we believe in independent brokerages. After coming up through the ranks of independent brokerages, Alyssa believes that she is particularly well-suited to serve them when it comes to training and consulting. She has lived their reality and understands the unique challenges, the perceptions, the demand on resources and the needs that independent brokerages face. So, who better to help design and deliver training to their agents?
Alyssa has designed a concierge-style training for brokerages where she aims to understand your brokerage on a deeper level, delivering custom-tailored solutions to help your agents launch and grow thriving businesses.
Through great mentors, hustle and her fair share of luck, Alyssa built an incredibly successful real estate career all before she was thirty years old. When opportunity knocked, she answered and moved to Raleigh on a leap of faith. She hasn’t found one reason to go. Instead, she’s found a million reasons to stay.
Even after building her successful sales business, Alyssa found her real passion in sharing her success with others. After coming up through the ranks of independent brokerages, she felt particularly well-suited to serve them and designed a concierge-style training platform/program to help them thrive. In 2017, she launched Compass South Consulting to help expand this program and help more brokerages grow and thrive.
Alyssa has been nationally recognized as a force within our industry through accolades such as being named to Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list, Inman News’ Top 101 Most Influential People in Real Estate, and the Swanapoel Power200 Top 20 Social Influencers in Residential Real Estate (twice) to name a few. Whether it is on a stage or in the trenches, Alyssa shares her passion openly to help move our industry forward. But, as much as Alyssa loves the stage, her favorite place to be is enjoying her fiancé Lynn, their two kids Sunni and Ryland, and their rescue dog, Sydney.

With 36 years in real estate sales and marketing, Randy Walker is the President of dunes properties, the top boutique real estate brokerage in Charleston county. The company also markets and manages an exclusive selection of vacation rental homes and villas on the Charleston Coast.
Randy began his career in 1981 on Fripp and Harbor Islands selling oceanfront properties mostly to second home owners from the Southeast, but was soon recruited to help ramp up resort sales at the Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms.
After several years and several management changes within the Wild Dunes Resort, Randy pulled a "Jerry Maguire" in January 1989 and along with a few top producers set up shop on the Isle of Palms as dunes properties of Charleston, Inc.
Through perseverance and a knack for hiring fantastic agents, the company has experienced tremendous growth, surviving through drastic changes in the real estate market, including the full blown housing crisis of the Great Recession. Thanks to Randy's dedication and creativity, dunes properties is currently thriving with 5 offices, over 80 sales agents, and 17 employees.
When he's not running dunes properties, he's swinging a golf club, biking or surfing. Randy lives in historic downtown Charleston with his wife of 11 years, Kristin Badger Walker, an agent at the company’s flagship office The Real Estate Studio.
Little known fact: Randy actually began beach sales during his college years, disguised as a Myrtle Beach lifeguard, mostly hawking suntan lotion, renting umbrellas and rafts. "I've always loved the beach and the ocean!"
Most people know me as the proud owner/broker of Boulevard Realty. To toot our horn, the firm has about 60 agents in Houston and Galveston, and together, in 2016, we ranked 46th out of 3,891 Houston real estate firms in total sales and in the top 10 real estate firms selling in Central Houston.
My passion for the city of Houston may be quite transparent as well as I have done my best to give back to the city I love through numerous volunteer commitments over the years. This includes serving as president of the Houston Heights Association, sitting on the board for the Houston Epilepsy Foundation, co-chairing the AIDS Foundation Houston's World AIDS Day Luncheon, co-chairing Mayor Sylvester Turner’s Quality of Life Transition Committee, and serving as a member of the City of Houston Planning Commission.
At the end of the day, however, I’m just the proud father of Ginger, an alumna of Ole Miss who is now teaching at Harvard Elementary, and Richard, who recently graduated from my alma mater, Sam Houston State University. Regardless of any successes in my life—and I hope there will be many more—Ginger and Richard make me the proudest!

Nectar Real Estate
Working in a boutique firm such as Nectar gives me the opportunity to offer a unique experience for my clients. I believe the relationship between myself and a client has to have open communication and honesty in order to be successful. One of my strengths is creating a unique and tailored buying or selling experience for every client.
After graduating from Seton Hall Prep in West Orange NJ I attended West Virginia University and graduated with a BSLA in Landscape Architecture and a minor in communications. I worked in the landscape architectural/planning profession for 6 years where I worked on a considerable amount of projects, many in the Central Florida region.
If you are looking for an agency that will listen to your needs, understands local market conditions, understands the financial goals of clients then look no further. I look forward to working with you.
